Ken's court case put on hold for extra month

The 'Nazi' slur court case that could see Ken Livingstone banned from office has been delayed for a month until 23 February. Coincidentally, just enough time for the Mayor's annual budget plans to be approved by the London Assembly, seeing a potential rise in council tax for Londoners (source, Guardian Unlimited) as the cities people bear the brunt of the cost of the Olympic games.
